I was invited to the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2010 RTW and Accessories Presentation at the Nomu today. Being there, reading from the press kit and listening to the concept rationale behind the collection from the PR Director of Louis Vuitton APAC, gave me a new appreciation of Marc Jacob’s work on the collection.  Admittedly, I did not strongly dislike nor like them when I first saw them on the Paris fashion show but I objected to a few items in the collection which existence made sense to me only today. To sum up, I will say I love the RTW collection in general for both men and women. They are beautiful and perfectly balanced between high and street, casual and elegant, serious and tongue-in-cheek, kinda suit my style. There are stunning leather goods I could not shake off my mind until, maybe if I get them myself. Stay tune for the next few days for detailed reports.
